We achieve this by following these guidelines:

  • Reporting AI’s results as possible perceptions instead of absolute judgments.
  • Coaching and feedback to our users in terms of suggestions.
  • Providing positive reinforcement and encouragement.
  • Using respectful language in all situations.

Diversity and Inclusion

test.mirro.ai mission is to facilitate communication and foster a sense of connection and understanding to diverse communities around the world.

We achieve this by following these guidelines:

  • We strive to use bias-free data to train our AI systems.
  • We strive to develop our AI systems as language and accent-agnostic for providing support to the larger world population.
  • We strive to support people with disabilities by providing multi-modal products (audio, video, images, and words).
  • We strive to support people of neural diversity, by providing relatable communication cues.
  • We strive to make our solution accessible and affordable to all of the world population by adopting local standards and regulations.
  • We strive to get data samples from diverse countries, with particular attention to the needs and contributions of low-and middle-income countries (LMICs), including but not limited to least developed countries (LDCs), landlocked developing countries (LLDCs) and small island developing States (SIDS).

Transparency

test.mirro.ai strives to create explainable AI systems where a person can understand how our AI systems have made a certain observation and how it has interpreted it.

We achieve this by following these guidelines:

  • Our products pinpoint coaching feedback to the exact time and place in the user’s communication, making it a very transparent and data-driven approach of giving feedback.
  • We keep descriptions of the data used to train our AI systems.
  • We predominantly use supervised learning algorithms to train our AI systems. Supervised AI produces explainable results.
  • Occasionally, we use creative, non-supervised AI, and we have human coaches manually review the creative AI work to ensure it adheres to all the standards listed in this document.

Privacy

test.mirro.ai is a communication coach and upholds the ethics of privacy and trust that is needed for a coach.

We achieve this by following these guidelines:

  • We do not use the user’s know-how to sell them any products or services other than recommending the user products and services limited only to coaching.
  • We use the user’s data for our training purposes only if the user consents to do so.
  • We let users delete their data from our systems at will, and such data is permanently deleted from our systems.
  • We take all the safety measures in our backend systems to make our data safe and free from cyber-attacks.
